Sekai Estate Consultant Company Limited is a Tanzanian firm specializing in real estate agency, valuations, property management, land use consultancy as well as leasing, sales, and acquisition of property. The company is based in Tanzania and is legally registered and licensed to conduct our varied services across the country.
Since its establishment in 2020, we strive to carry out real estate and associated services. With a team of Real estate experts, property managers, ICT experts, investment analysts, and land and quantity surveyors we assure our clients receive world-class services.
We are a home of a high group of real estate investment analysts, and valuers for fixed assets, residential, commercial, condominium, business, special properties, natural resources, and all other valuations.
Our team is made up of incorporated Professional Environmental Analysts, Quantity Surveyors and Land Surveyors who perform varied assignments for our esteemed clients. Sekai Estate Consultant Company Limited is thus a one-stop centre for construction and all real estate services.
We have professional Fully Registered Valuers (VRB) by the Valuation and Valuers Registration Board, also licensed by the same Board to practice Valuation and Property Management. The other two directors are in the process of Registration.
To supplement its consultancy services, Sekai Estate Consultant Company also Limited sources services of other independent specialists from the general public as and when the need for such a multidisciplinary approach arises.

Our Milestone
In 2020, we started as a sole proprietor. The firm got its incorporation as a Limited Company in 2021. The firm has inherited a wealth of skill and experiences from its three directors all of whom are highly qualified in all fields of real estate.
Directors and key staff have academic qualifications of both Degrees in Land Management and Real Estate Investment Appraisal field. This makes Sekai Estate Consultant Company Limited a highly professional and efficient firm. Each of the Key staff has also participated in many valuation jobs of varying magnitude and supervised several property managements works.
We are an indigenous enterprise wholly owned by Tanzanian professionals comprising Three Directors of long-standing experience in the field of Asset Valuation, Land Administration, Property Management and Inventory Management.
Sekai Estate Consultant Company Limited boasts of having co-opted professionals in various disciplines. We have a team of 16 professional associates and 2 support staff.
